These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Localnee’s AI-powered business automation platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined here.
Welcome to Localnee. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Localnee provides business software, including Localnee Connect for managing customer messages across connected WhatsApp, email and Localnee channels, along with business pages, marketing campaigns, AI analytics, inventory and financial tools. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
To use Localnee, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Localnee operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You agree to pay for all services you use, including AI-generated posts, analytics insights, ads, and other features. All charges are billed as described on our platform and are non-refundable for services already rendered.
You may use Localnee AI tools, including social media automation, customer support, ad creation, market analysis, product-market fit insights, and financial automation. You agree to use these tools responsibly and not for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
By participating in the Localnee referral program, you may earn commissions when referred users pay for services. Commissions are calculated based on company profit and are paid as described on the platform. You agree to comply with all rules and restrictions of the referral program.
Localnee users can participate in affiliate programs offered by other users. Commissions are earned as a percentage of the seller's profit per completed sale. You agree to promote affiliate products ethically and comply with applicable laws and marketing standards.
Localnee Connect lets you manage customer conversations from one dashboard. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and your own email account; those accounts remain yours, and you may disconnect them at any time. Localnee sends and receives messages on your behalf through the accounts you have connected. You are responsible for the content of every message sent from your account and for having the right to contact each recipient.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are delivered using the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. By connecting a WhatsApp Business account you also agree to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and you must keep to them. Meta may charge separately for conversations, and may restrict or disable a number that breaches its policies. Localnee is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
You may only send marketing or promotional messages to people who have given you permission to contact them on that channel. Every recipient must be able to opt out — by replying STOP on WhatsApp, by an unsubscribe link in email, or by telling you directly — and you must stop messaging anyone who does. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, buying or scraping contact lists, or messaging people who have opted out is not permitted on Localnee and will result in suspension.
Localnee messages are included in your plan. Messages sent over WhatsApp and email are charged per recipient at the rate shown before you send, and only messages that are actually delivered are billed. Charges are deducted from your Localnee balance. Meta may levy its own conversation fees on your WhatsApp Business account separately from anything Localnee charges.
Contacts you add or import remain yours and are visible only to your account. By uploading them you confirm you collected them lawfully and may contact them. Localnee does not share your contacts with other businesses and does not sell contact data. You may delete any contact at any time.
You may not: (1) use the platform for illegal purposes; (2) interfere with the services or servers; (3) copy, distribute, or misuse content; (4) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit AI tools; (5) send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you or who have opted out; (6) send content that is misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, including the sale of restricted goods; (7) connect a WhatsApp or email account you do not own or control; or (8) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All content, AI algorithms, software, and designs on Localnee are the property of Localnee or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.
Localnee may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform, including messaging policy breaches, and may do so immediately where a breach puts other users or our messaging providers at risk. You remain responsible for any unpaid charges incurred prior to termination.
Localnee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or performance of AI features.
Localnee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform with an effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
