Product Returns or Cancellations

If you wish to return or cancel a product purchased through our marketplace, you can do so within our return window. The refund process typically takes a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 10 days to be credited back to your bank account.

Premium Account Subscriptions

For customers who have subscribed to our premium account plan:

• If you request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 days.
• If you have completed 30 days since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

When you cancel a subscription or return a product, the refund process will occur automatically. You will always see a button in your account dashboard for cancellation or returning items.
