Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislature party leader in Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday (May 10) met Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya at Raj Bhavan in Guwahati and formally staked a claim to form the government in the state.
