Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field (Social Work, Rural Development, etc.) - 2–3 years of experience in project implementation - Understanding of project management & reporting - Good communication and documentation skills - Ability to work with communities and travel locally
Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage projects directly in the field - Prepare plans, reports & documentation - Monitor progress, targets & finances - Ensure compliance and quality results - Coordinate MIS and reporting
